Two Worship Hours
The early service, at 10:00 am, will be held in the sanctuary and will feature special music and a message. The late service will be held at 11:00 am at the Pointe and will feature contemporary music and a message. The late service will also live stream via our church's Facebook page and YouTube channel.
Seating will be limited in both services as we will observe social distancing recommendations for the safety of all who attend. You can register to attend one of the services on Sunday, May 31, beginning on Tuesday, May 26 through our website or by calling the church office. Once our capacities have been reached we will have to close registration. If worship participation and registration is significant, additional services may be added later.
If you or a family member have been sick or had a fever in the last 14 days, or are experiencing flu-like symptoms / COVID-19 symptoms, please stay home. If you are in a demographic with higher risks associated with contracting COVID-19, or if you have immune-deficiencies, feel free to join us through our online service. Please join us for worship if you feel comfortable and you are physically well. In our desire and plan to re-gather, we do not want you to feel pressured or forced to attend.
What to Expect
The front entrances to our sanctuary and the Pointe will be open and you will be greeted by an usher who will offer you hand sanitizer and a face mask. We strongly recommend wearing face masks when we gather and if you have a personal mask, feel free to bring it with you. Seating assignments will be created and followed, based upon registration, to ensure we maintain safe distances and seat as many worshipers as possible in our facility. There will be an usher that will seat you based upon your seating assignment as you arrive. While gathering, before worship begins, and after worship ends, we ask that you refrain from greeting one another with any forms of contact (i.e. hugging, handshakes, etc.) Out of an abundance of caution, we will stress no contact between people while on campus. Try instead to offer a friendly wave and a smile!
During the Service
To avoid touching surfaces and offering plates, the offering will not be collected during worship. Offering plates will be available after the service and located near the exits of the sanctuary. You can drop your offerings in a plate as you exit. You are welcomed to mail your offering to our church or utilize our online giving options through our church website, or online bill pay services with your bank.
Restrooms will be available during our worship to use for emergencies. The restrooms that will be available will be on the first floor of the Christian Education Center right outside the sanctuary. Parents will be responsible for their child if they leave the sanctuary, for emergencies. We will not be providing nursery or children's gatherings during this time.
An usher will dismiss each family by row and section to limit the contact and maintain safe distances. There will not be any gathering allowed in spaces surrounding the sanctuary, such as the vestibule, the connector, or the fellowship hall. The sanctuary doors will be opened so as you exit please do not touch door knobs or doors.
For the next few weeks, we will not have nursery or classes for our CreeKidz families. Pastor Joey will still provide online content for our families to use at their convenience. Our hope is to provide full service CreeKidz ministries at some point this summer, when it's safe to do so.
