It's Back! “Rooted and Refreshed: an hour of gentle movement and Biblical meditation for sisters in Christ.” (Rooted is term used in yoga when we stand, and Ephesians 3:17 speaks of being rooted in God’s love to keep us strong). Class Details Thursday Nights / May 1- June 19 7 - 8:00 PM / Room 104 Cost: $50 / Class Size - Limited to 10 This class will be led by Amy Davis who loves the Lord and has a background in yoga! She has 400 hours of certification and has been teaching since 2018. Amy and her husband Jonathan and two girls, Gwendolyn and Ainsley, have been attending Stoney Creek for a little over two years and are part of YAMs. Amy also serves in our CreeKidz ministry!
