The Death of Jesus—Isaiah 53:3-6

Isaiah 53 tells of the suffering of the Messiah, the end for which he was to die, and the blessed results for all humanity in those events. This Sunday we will consider a beautiful summary of the most peculiar and distinguishing doctrines of Christianity: the necessary suffering and death of the Messiah.
